The teachings of Field of Reiki have developed through lectures and transmissions from several Reiki Shihans/Masters, decades of therapeutic hands-on practice and experience, historical research, and exchange with practitioners, masters and researchers.

The practice and teaching of Field of Reiki are strongly grounded in the traditional Japanese teachings of Shinshin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho.

At the same time, Western practices and their historical development are examined to provide a broader understanding of Reiki as a whole. These different systems and perspectives are not blended together, but clearly distinguished and presented within their respective historical, cultural, and practical contexts.

The following acknowledgements are listed in gratitude and show the foundations from which the teachings of Field of Reiki have grown, as well as the continuing commitment to study the art of Reiki with both breadth and depth.
